fa ارائه الگویی برای توانمندسازی معلمان در زمینه آموزش مجازی در دوران کرونا provide a model for empowering teachers in the field of virtual education during the Corona era مدیریت آموزشی Educational Management مقاله پژوهشی Research Paper <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر «ارائه الگویی برای توانمندسازی معلمان در زمینه آموزش مجازی در دوران کرونا» بود. جامعه شامل 400 نفر از معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهر خرم‌آباد، در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه بود. از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند برای انتخاب نفرات اول و از فن گلوله برفی برای انتخاب سایر افراد استفاده شد. بر اساس اشباع نظری با ۲۶ نفر از معلمان مصاحبه شد. سپس براساس جدول مورگان 196 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تعیین و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش نمونهگیری طبقهای نسبی استفاده شد. از تئوری زمینهای و مدل پارادایمی برای تحلیل دادههای کیفی و با استفاده از نرمافزارpls2  از معادلات ساختاری برای تحلیل داده‌های کمی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که توانمندسازی درزمینه‌ی آموزش مجازی منوط به سه مقوله عوامل سازمانی (زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، فرهنگ‌سازی و سیاست‌های تشویقی و نظارتی)؛ عوامل مربوط به معلم (سواد دیجیتالی، محتوای آموزشی، توانایی تدریس، ویژگیهای روان‌شناختی)؛ و عوامل مربوط به دانشآموز (ویژگیهای روان‌شناختی، سواد دیجیتالی، وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی) است. نتایج حاکی از برازش مطلوب مدل بود. تحلیل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد به ترتیب عوامل سازمانی، عوامل مربوط به معلم و عوامل مربوط به دانشآموز بیشترین تأثیر را بر توانمندسازی معلمان درزمینه آموزش مجازی دارند.</div> The purpose of this study was to provide a model for empowering teachers in the field of virtual education during the Corona era Friday included 400 primary school teachers in Khorramabad city in the academic year of 1399-1400. The results indicated the optimal fit to the model.
