fa تبیین نظریه‌پردازی شخصی اعضای هیأت علمی از نظر متخصصان و تعیین دیدگاه‌های مدرسان نمونه دانشگاه اصفهان پیرامون نقش آفرینی آن در عرصه تعالی تدریس ترغیب نواندیشی در عرصه نظر و نوآوری در عرصه عمل برنامه ریزی درسی پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی دیدگاه متخصصان در ارتباط با جایگاه نظریه&shy;پردازی شخصی و نقش آن در تعالی تدریس بود. بر این اساس از اساتیدی که دارای تجارب و سوابق علمی بودند، مصاحبه به عمل آمد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. مصاحبه ها به صورت حضوری و مجازی انجام گرفت. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده بعد از کدگذاری، با استفاده از روش مقوله بندی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که از دیدگاه اکثر اساتید داشتن تجربه، دانش و آگاهی علمی ازجمله پیش بایست های نظریه پردازی شخصی به شمار می رود. همچنین، اساتید معتقد بودند که ربط و نسبت نظریه های عام و نظریه پردازی شخصی به سه شکل کل به جزء، تلفیقی و فنی- هنری می باشد. مطابق دیدگاه اساتید، افزایش دانش و بهبود عملکرد اساتید مهم ترین فرصت&shy;ها، و کم تجربه بودن اساتید، مهم ترین چالش فراروی نظریه&shy;پردازی شخصی عنوان شد. </span></span></span> <span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#221d1f">The purpose of this research was to investigate the views of experts in relation to the personal theorizing and its role in teaching excellence. In this regard, among the professors who had scientific experience and works were selected<i> </i>and interviewed. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. Interviews were conducted face-to-face and virtual. After coding, the collected data was analyzed using the categorization method. The results showed that from the point of view of most of the professors, having experience, knowledge and scientific awareness are among the prerequisites for personal theorizing. Also, the professors believed that the relationship between general theories and personal theorizing is in three forms: whole to part, integrated, and technical-artistic.
