fa تجارب زیسته اعضای هیئت‌علمی از برنامه‌های درسی توسعه حرفه‌ای: یک الگوی مفهومی نقد و ارزیابی تحولات برنامه درسی در عرصه اجرا پژوهشي Research <table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding-top:0cm;padding-right:9.0pt;padding-bottom:0cm;padding-left:9.0pt;vertical-align:top;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">این پژوهش جستاری در تجربۀ زیستۀ اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشکده‌های ریاضیات، فنی و مهندسی و علوم پایه (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">STEM</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">) در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 1396 از اجرای برنامه‌های درسی توسعۀ حرفه‌ای است. داده‌های این پژوهش از طریق رویکرد کیفی و با روشی پدیدارشناسانه توصیفی و با ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استخراج شده است و داده&lrm;ها از طریق روش کدگذاری و مقوله&lrm;بندی تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند. نمونه‌گیری در این بخش از طریق هدفمند از نوع معیاری بوده و در مجموع 21 نفر شرکت نموده‌اند. برای اعتبار یافته‌ها </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">به‌وسیلۀ فن دلفی از سوی صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان بر روی مقولات توافق شده است.</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> با توجه به ساختار پژوهش و حوزه‌های چهارگانه در برنامه‌های درسی، برداشت محققین از مضامین و مفاهیم مرتبط با هر حوزه ارجاع داده شده است. در مجموع 37 مقوله و درنهایت به 4 طبقه کلی شامل طراحی و تدوین، اجرا، زمینه و ارزشیابی در سه بخش نقاط قوت، مسائل پیشرو و مطلوبیت برنامه‌های درسی مضمون یابی شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که فاصلۀ زیادی میان طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌ها بوده‌ است و هم‌چنین الگویی مفهومی مبتنی بر تجارب زیستۀ اعضای هیئت‌علمی تدوین و در انتها پیشنهاد‌هایی ارائه شد.</span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="clear:both;"></div><div style="clear:both;"></div> <table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp; This research is based on the experience of the faculty members of the College of Mathematics, Engineering, and Basic Sciences (STEM) at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2017 in implementing professional development curricula. The data of this research were extracted from a qualitative and descriptive phenomenological method with semi-structured interviewing tool. Data is analyzed through coding and categorization. Sampling in this section was targeted through a criterion type and a total of 21 people participated. To credited, Delphi technique was agreed by the experts and experts on issues. Given the research structure and the four areas in the curriculum, researchers&#39; perceptions of the themes and concepts related to each field were referred. A total of 37 categories and finally four general categories including design, implementation, field and evaluation in three areas of strengths, leading issues and desirability of curriculum.
